Facebook Product Sync

Esesito Facebook Product Sync enables you to display your products on Facebook Marketplace. This boosts your chances of getting conversions directly through Facebook and you don’t necessarily need to have a Facebook business already created.

Usually, this would take weeks to set up, but Esesito allows you to get set up in less than 72 hours and with zero hassle!

Syncing your Facebook Account to Esesito #

If you have already set up your Google Product Sync, then you’re halfway there because you know your products are fit to go on Facebook Marketplace.

To get started, please follow these steps:

Step 1: Head to Edit Website 

Step 2: Click on Product Sync

Step 3: Click on the Connect with Facebook button

Step 4: Log into Facebook

Step 5: Connect your Facebook Business Account 

Step 6: Wait for Facebook’s Approval

Step 1: Head to Edit Website  #

 Log into your Hub and select the Edit Website tab. 

Then click on Settings

Step 2: Click on Product Sync #

Select the Shopping Cart option to access this feature. 

Then select Product Sync.

Step 3: Click on the Connect with Facebook button #

Step 4: Log into Facebook #

You will see a pop-up asking if you want to synchronize with Facebook Shop. Click again on Connect with Facebook. You will then be redirected to a Facebook page asking you to login with your existing Facebook account or sign up for Facebook.

A small window will pop up, click Continue.

Step 5: Connect your Facebook Business Account  #

Here is where you come at a crossroads:

If you don’t have a Facebook business account and a Facebook pageyou will be able to create one now. Add a business name and click Continue.

You will then be asked to create a Facebook page, click Create.

You will be redirected to Facebook which you will have to fill in all information required.

If you already have a Facebook business account and a Facebook Page or you have just finished setting them up, pick the relevant business account and page, then click Continue.

Step 6: Wait for Facebook’s Approval #

You will be redirected to your Esesito webpage and you are all set! You have completed another important step to boosting your online presence.

Please note: It might take up to 72 hours for facebook to approve your Shop. When your Shop is approved, you’ll get an email from Facebook that will look something like this:

Setting up your Facebook Product Sync #

You’re done waiting, everything is nicely linked. Let’s now make sure you’ve got your products set up as nicely as possible.

Step 1: Click Configure Facebook Shop, and Facebook will be opened in a separate window. Please log into your account.

Step 2: You should now see Facebook Shop platform, and please click on Shops and Go to Shops.

Step 3: You willl be directed to a page titled Create your shop. At your shop overview, please ensure your checkout method is set as Checkout on another Website. Then confirm your business email and press save.

All your products from your Esesito website is now synced to your Facebook page. You can start selling on Facebook! 

Configuring your Facebook Shop 

Once your Facebook Shop is connected, you can make changes via the Configure Facebook Shop button.

You will be redirected to Facebook where you can edit your shop. For instance, at the Products Catalogue page, you will see all of your products are in place, dynamically loaded from the Catalogue you selected.

When you have finished customising your Facebook page, save your changes by clicking on Overview then click Publish Now. Customers will be able to browse your page once Facebook approves your page. However, please note it might take up to 24 hours for Facebook to review your page.
