Refund policy

  1. In the event that you happen to be a novel customer, you are entitled to a 30-day Refund Period that begins from the Date of Purchase, which enables you to request a refund for any conceivable rationale on the Lifetime Deal. In order for Esesito to go ahead with the creation of your business website, you will need to complete a questionnaire with regards to your business. If for any reason you are unable to complete the questionnaire, this will result in you not receiving a business website, but nonetheless, you may still request a refund within the Refund Period.
  2. It is important to note that once the Refund Period has concluded, you will no longer be eligible for a refund, regardless of whether you have completed the questionnaire or received the business website. In the event that Esesito fails to deliver the website within 7 days of you completing the questionnaire, your Refund Period will be extended based on the duration of the delay.
  3. If you have only purchased the Lifetime Deal and did not opt for a recurring plan subscription, you will be entitled to a full refund. However, if you did purchase the Lifetime Deal as well as a recurring plan subscription, you will be reimbursed for the full amount of the Lifetime Deal and the value of the recurring plan subscription, minus the cost of any custom domain name that you may have selected. If by chance you did not select a custom domain name, then you will receive a complete refund for the recurring plan subscription as well.
