Using your website editor, you can add hyperlinks throughout your content and direct your customers anywhere you like, to create a smooth customer journey.
Here’s a step-by-step guide on how you can do it:
Step 1: Log into your Editor #
Log into your Business Hub and click on Edit Website (this will take you to your website editor).
Step 2: Head to Section #
Using the menu shown below, click on Section to head to whichever area of your site you wish to add hyperlinks to.
Step 3: Adding Hyperlinks #
Simply highlight the text you’d like to hyperlink. Then, click on the pin button on the top right.
Now, use the text box under Link address to add your desired URL (please note that it must be a secure URL, like https://).
Click Add finish adding your new hyperlink. The writing will turn blue when a link has been added.
Step 4: Save your work #
When you’re finished hyperlinking, hit Save to save your changes.
