Why were you not able to build my business a website?

If you have signed up for our service and we have not been able to build you a website, this is likely to be because:

  • We have not received enough information to build your website. If this is the case, when you login to your Business Hub, you will see a banner prompting you to provide your business information.
  • Your business is in a category that we do not currently support. We will email you in the future if we begin to support your business category.
