Do you want to improve your website, give it a new look or add additional information about your business that is not already there?
The new “Request Edit” button enables you to send us further editing requests. Your requests will be passed to our Content Experts, who will tailor the edits to your requests and deliver a website that matches your business needs.
Here’s a step-by-step guide on how to request your edits:
Step 1: Log into your editor #
Log into your Business Hub and click on Edit Website (this will take you to your website editor).
Step 2: Click on the pencil icon #
Click on the pencil icon on the top right of your editor.
A pop-up will appear, click Continue.
Step 3: Tell us your desired changes in the Request Edit form #
You can choose as many changes as you like in the following categories: Theme & Design, Images, Text as well as Adding new service/product information. Once you have selected your desired changes, click OK to proceed to the next step.
Once you have selected the category you want to change, provide us with more information about your request.
After you click on the submit button, you will receive an email from us to confirm that we have received your request. Our Content Experts will be in touch as soon as they have made the changes you requested.
